Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with expertise in interior fit-out work to oversee site operations, manage teams, and ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, strong knowledge of safety compliance, and construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and UAE labor laws. Allocate tasks and monitor worker performance. Conduct regular site inspections for quality control. Communicate with project managers and clients to address concerns and provide updates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out work. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and safety regulations. Ability to read construction plans and solve problems on-site. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
