Ohana Developments is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction activities at our project sites in the UAE. The Site Foreman will play a key role in ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, including managing manpower, materials, and equipment.

Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures on the site.

Provide on-site training and guidance to laborers and subcontractors as needed.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, materials usage, and manpower allocation.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.

Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality, progress, and safety performance.

Manage and optimize resources to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
