Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Facility Manager. He will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the facility, including managing all aspects of building maintenance, vendor relationships, and budget.

Qualifications:

5-8 years' experience in similar capacity.

Bachelor Degree in Facility Management or Engineering is a must.

Previous Governmental & Residential services experience in staff & hard services.

Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (Speaking & Writing)

Valid UAE Driving License

Extensive knowledge in computer & reporting systems.

Excellent knowledge on CAFM systems.

Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.

Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.

Regular travel to client sites for inspection and meeting.

Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects, commercial and contract awareness.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the facility and operation of all facilities ensuring safety, cleanliness and well-maintained.

Develop and implement facility management procedure and policies.

Manages budgets and ensure cost-effective operation.

Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage a team of FM and support the staff.

Handle emergency situation ad provide solution promptly.

Prepare repots on facility operations and FM activities.

Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring an adequate stock is always available.

Assist in managing budgets and expenses related to cleaning operations, optimizing cost while maintaining high-quality service.

Supervise and train team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, support and performance feedback to ensure quality work and adherence to cleaning protocol.
