Participates and provides assurance that resultant Punch List items during FATs, SATs, Site Walk through, Audits etc., are raised and Proper close-out of these items is achieved. Ensures thru prior agreement with site that adequate site participation in witnessing activities with adequate follow-up on the action plans generated in these reviews
Participates and ensures that frequent walk downs during mechanical completion, pre- commissioning, commissioning and follows-up on the identified observations for proper close-out.
Ensures thru regular meetings with PMT teams that acceptable formal handover documentation to Operator are prepared & properly reviewed by appropriate teams
Supports site efforts during the Start-up activities during Ready For Start-Up (RFSU) & Performance Tests and any other activities required up to the issuance of Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC}Post issuance of Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC), ensures proper follow-up of the remnant punch list items & warranty claims to enable their closure as per the schedule indicated in the PAC
Maintains continuous liaison with site operating authorities and apprises them of the I\'
commissioning status I mitigation measures undertaken to recover delays etc
Participates in HSE tours (PMT commissioning teams / Site I Self) and audits to ensure safe, working conditions.
Participates & ensures risk assessments, toolbox meetings prior to commissioning activities.are conducted with appropriate attendance at these reviews. I Ensures that regular Job Risk Assessments & Behavioral Safety Audits are carried out.
Participates in the development of National graduates under CAMS Scheme I juniors by coaching them and identifies the training needs and work opportunities to close performance gaps for individuals in their PDP.
Trains UAE Nationals in the field of execution assurance I commissioning.
Participates in various task forces as directed by the team leader I line manager.
Identifies and recommends innovative techniques intending to achieve cost saving I
