Job Description

- Supervises day-to-day Site Operations

- Performs engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities

- Prepares, Executes & Monitors all Civil and Structural Site Works as per compliance with the plan/drawings, specifications and schedule

- Supervises the performance of Structural Foremen and Laborers

- Supervises the performance of Sub-Contractors, if any, and evaluate & inspects their work regularly.

- Ensures timeliness in schedule without disregarding quality

- Maintains a punch list of to-do and accomplished works

- Performs daily site ocular inspection/inspection of works h. Monitor all civil/structural works

-Conducts Actual Quantity Surveying for Preparation of Purchase Requests.

- Monitors inventory, and anticipated requirements/purchases and prevents wastage of construction materials .

- Ensures structural stability & quality for all civil and structural works

- Assists in the formulation, strict implementation, monitoring and reporting of Safety Rules & Standards in the project sites

- Coordinates Structural Designs between Departments, Owner, Contractor & Consultant

- Prepares Manpower Utilization/Work Schedule (Gantt Chart)

-Conducts Performance Evaluation of Structural Foremen and Laborers
