Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Site/Company Engineer

with a strong background in

Mild Steel, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Facades, and Stainless Steel Fabrication and Installation

. The ideal candidate will manage both

on-site operations and factory activities

, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Oversee daily site operations, including material deliveries, installation work, and workforce supervision.

Factory Coordination:

Manage fabrication processes in the factory, ensuring quality control and production efficiency.

Technical Supervision:

Lead and monitor installation work for mild steel structures, aluminium doors/windows, facades, and stainless steel fabrications.

Project Execution:

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct inspections to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

Reporting:

Prepare site progress reports and submit regular updates to project managers.

Driving:

Travel to project sites, suppliers, and factory locations as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

of experience in mild steel, aluminium windows/doors, facades, and stainless steel fabrication with installation work.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficient in reading technical drawings and familiar with fabrication machinery and installation techniques.

License:

Valid

UAE driving license

.

Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

AutoCAD

and other design software. Experience in

project cost estimation and resource planning

. Ability to manage and train on-site teams.
