Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

: Oversee and supervise site activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project plan, safety guidelines, and technical specifications.

Project Delivery

: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Quality Management

: Monitor and maintain high standards of work quality, conducting regular inspections and quality checks during the course of the project.

Coordination with Factory

: Work closely with the factory team to ensure the timely supply of materials, and communicate any design or technical requirements related to the site.

Client Liaison

: Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and on-time project completion.

Team Coordination

: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on project specifications, timelines, and delivery expectations.

Team Management on Site

: Manage, motivate, and lead the site team, ensuring clear communication of project goals, schedules, and tasks. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring that team members are aligned with project objectives and are adhering to company standards.

Safety & Compliance

: Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Problem-Solving

: Address any site-related challenges or issues, providing effective solutions to minimize delays or quality concerns.

Reporting

: Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and senior management.

Qualifications

:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on project delivery, quality management, and client satisfaction.
