Job Title: Site Engineer
Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,500 (Lump sum package)

We are seeking a Site Engineer with experience in Steel/Metal Fabrication to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with all stakeholders, and ensuring the highest quality of work while adhering to safety and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site labour force and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure materials and work comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for the project.
• Interpret design drawings and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, and quantity surveyors.
• Plan and organize site activities to meet project deadlines.
• Manage quality control, ensuring adherence to method statements, quality plans, and inspection protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project-specific safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, site diaries, and record drawings.
• Provide accurate data for variation orders and site instructions.
• Conduct periodic checks on materials and work in progress to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Steel/Metal Fabrication industry .
• Strong understanding of site management, quality control, and health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and oversee the execution of work according to specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
