We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer specializing in Steel Structures to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by coordinating with various teams, managing resources efficiently, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project specifications and requirements, and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders in the fabrication bay.
• Arrange and ensure the availability of drawings, materials, layouts, and necessary tools for the workforce.
• Guide fabricators and fitters in accomplishing fit-up activities and optimize man-hours to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with welding crews, CNC shops, QA/QC inspectors, and other departments to ensure job completion and adherence to project requirements.
• Report fabrication issues, suggest productivity and quality enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
• Maintain company assets such as welding machines, tools, and gas lines for optimal utilization.
• Monitor workers' attendance and provide counseling to minimize absenteeism.
• Uphold discipline, foster mutual relationships, and adhere to organizational culture, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in steel structure fabrication and site management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with CNC machining processes is a plus.
