: Site Engineer

Position Overview:

The Site Engineer at Fables Interiors is responsible for supervising and managing interior fit-out projects on-site. This role involves ensuring the highest quality of execution, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate must have excellent technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to travel to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision:
• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are executed as per design specifications and client expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality.
• Quality Assurance:
• Inspect and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address and resolve any on-site technical issues promptly.
• Planning and Coordination:
• Work closely with project managers and design teams to align on project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure that all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, site activities, and any changes in scope.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as the point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 -4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction and interior design processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license to travel between project sites.
