Job Title: Site and Production Engineer - Architectural Metal Work

Join our innovative team at Murad Metallic Ind. LLC as a Production and Site Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in the fabrication and installation of custom metal products including Aluminum Mashrabiya Facades, Cast Aluminum Gates, Aluminum & Stainless Steel Staircase Handrails, Aluminum Pivot Doors, and Aluminum Window Systems. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for precision engineering and a knack for problem-solving in the world of custom metal fabrication.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee fabrication processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and craftsmen to translate design concepts into tangible products.

- Conduct site assessments and measurements to facilitate accurate installation of custom metal products.

- Collaborate with clients and architects to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.

- Monitor production schedules and optimize workflows to meet project deadlines and budget targets.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.

- Troubleshoot technical issues during fabrication and installation, proposing innovative solutions to overcome challenges.

- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including material usage, labor hours, and quality assurance reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.

- Demonstrated experience in metal fabrication, particularly in the production of custom architectural elements.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup software for design and manufacturing processes.

- Strong understanding of metalworking techniques, materials, and finishing methods.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Salary: AED 3,000 (Starting salary - increments can be made after first 6 months-1 year depending on expertise and commensurate with experience).
