Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans and specifications
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during construction
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and measurements
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other engineering tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for understanding equipment operation is preferred
