You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and regulations. • Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Plan and oversee the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency while monitoring costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and other data to guide construction activities and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, report project updates, and collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify potential risks, implement preventive measures to minimize delays and cost overruns, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Your qualitiesYou can make your mark as a site engineer if you will have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing construction projects and using software like Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and the UAE Building Code.
• Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant engineering certifications (e.g., PMP, HSE) and knowledge of sustainable construction practices, budgeting, and cost control.
