QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Work experience as Site Engineer or a similar role (fitout experience is a plus). Vast experience in Gypsum Board Partitions and Ceiling Works UAE driver's license will be an advantage. Proficiency in Computer-aided drafting (CAD) software. Ability to work independently as well as in a Team. Ability to manage tasks as per priorities. Amazing project management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a positive work environment. Ability to deal with different personalities and remain calm. A hardworking and detailed-orientated individual. Ability to work in harsh conditions. Can join immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the construction plan of the project. Determining the time constraints to complete the job. Identifying the raw material and manpower required. Supervising along with the main contractor at the project site. Managing daily activities on the site. Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints. Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications. Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members. Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs. Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects. Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects. Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required. Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives (Directly reports to the Managing Director). Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards. Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report. Report to the Managing Director, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI. Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. Prepares and maintain all documents related to ISO Carry out Internal Audit at site. Conducts initial preparation of snag listings before Client's actual checking on the site. Performs all other duties, tasks and initiatives contributing to the success of the company.
