Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may affect the project timeline.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with relevant standards, codes, and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
• Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Communicate project progress and any issues to the Head Designer and Interior Architect.
• Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are obtained and maintained.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to walk, stand, and move around construction sites for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
