Manage MEP projects, ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and raise RFIs for clarifications.
Coordinate with the design team for preparation and approval of MEP drawings and calculations.
Prepare and submit material submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Supervise and guide the workforce and subcontractors to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and timelines.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including civil, architectural, consultant, and client teams, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage snagging activities for project handover.
Facilitate authority inspections (e.g., DEWA, DCD, SIRA) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support testing and commissioning (T&C) processes, providing technical insights and resolving issues.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related materials, in coordination with the document controller.
Provide regular updates to the MEP Division In-Charge on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
DM-approved Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
5-8 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE, preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction-related software.
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on deadlines and quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety compliance.
