:Key Responsibilities:Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with overall project plans.Review MEP drawings and specifications to ensure they meet design requirements and comply with local regulations and standards.Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and MEP subcontractors and consultants, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration.Ensure all MEP installations are performed to the highest quality standards, adhering to design specifications and safety standards.Identify and resolve MEP-related issues and conflicts promptly, minimizing project delays and ensuring smooth project progression.Prepare detailed MEP progress reports, documenting key milestones, challenges, and solutions. Present these reports in coordination meetings to keep stakeholders informed.Ensure that all MEP works comply with design and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer - MEP in construction projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
Experience with large-scale construction projects.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
