Job Opportunity: Site Engineer - Fit Out and Joinery

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Site Engineer

to join our dynamic fit-out and joinery company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of fit-out and joinery projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in fit-out and joinery, with proven experience managing projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in the Gulf region, overseeing the site installation of high-end interior fit-outs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

or a related field.

UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Strong

leadership skills

to guide joinery staff on technical issues. Proficient in

reading and understanding technical drawings

. Excellent

communication skills

and the ability to interact with clients, providing technical solutions. Ability to

prepare production status reports

and track project progress, including materials used and time management. Only applicants with

joinery experience

will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all production activities from inception to delivery, ensuring that schedules are met and projects are completed on time. Supervise and guide the technical aspects of site installations, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and ensure project satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of workers' time and project materials.
