Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision:

Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects.
?

Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensure all work is carried out as per project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
?

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.
?

Material Management:

Coordinate material deliveries, track inventory, and ensure proper utilization at the site.
?

Technical Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve any on-site technical or construction issues.
?

Site Inspections & Reports:

Conduct regular site inspections, prepare progress reports, and update stakeholders on project status.
?

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment.
?

Project Scheduling:

Assist in preparing project timelines and work schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Job Requirements:



-

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-2

+ years of experience

in

interior fit-out

projects in the UAE.
-Strong knowledge of

construction drawings, materials, and execution methodologies

.
- Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools

is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- UAE

driving license

is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
