We are currently looking for INTERIOR FIT-OUT - SITE ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, supervisors, and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource.
• Receiving pre contract documents from client or consultant and understanding the nature of work.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
• Evaluating & certifying subcontractor payments.
• Preparing monthly reports.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
• UAE Driving License will be an advantage

Experience:

• Site Engineer: 3 years (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
