Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Estimator cum Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in estimating project costs, managing budgets, and overseeing site engineering activities. If you have a passion for interior fit-out projects and possess a combination of estimating and site engineering skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed project cost estimation, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate and competitive project bids.

• Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.

• Oversee and manage site engineering activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

• Collaborate with design and construction teams to optimize project efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Estimator and Site Engineer in the interior fit-out industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
