Centerstone Interiors, a leading interior designing and renovation company based in Dubai, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for handling all aspects of interior renovation projects, from conceptualization to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage interior renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design team to create and implement design plans that meet the client's requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time and that work is completed to the highest standards.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of project progress and to address any concerns they may have.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that the project is profitable.
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met on each project.
• Ensure that all project-related issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management in an interior design or renovation company.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and standards.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is a plus.
