Site Engineer
to manage our ongoing hotel interior fitout project in Oman.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing the interior fitout works on-site, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily site operations for the interior fitout of the hotel project.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of the project.
Ensure that the fitout work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to maintain seamless communication and resolve any on-site issues.
Conduct site inspections to ensure the project is progressing as planned and is meeting all milestones.
Track and report project progress to the project manager, identifying any risks or delays.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineer or a related field.
Proven experience in interior fitout projects, particularly in hospitality or high-end commercial environments.
Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and methods.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Previous experience working in Oman or the GCC region is an advantage.
Must hold a valid UAE visa (own visa required) - Oman visa will be provided by the company.
Project Details:
Contract Duration:
6 to 12 months (with the possibility of permanent employment after the project's completion).
Salary:
To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
Visa:
UAE visa required (Oman visa will be provided by the company).
