We have requirement for 3 project Engineer/ site engineers for a Dubai based contracting company.

Roles & Responsibilities

Experienced Project Engineer with 8-10 years of extensive experience in building construction within the UAE. Adept at managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and client satisfaction.

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Oversee all aspects of construction, including site planning, design, materials procurement, and subcontractor management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and address any issues that arise. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any potential risks or delays. Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering to optimize project budgets without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Member, Society of Engineers - UAE Member, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Construction Management Site Inspection and Supervision Budgeting and Cost Control Quality Assurance and Quality Control Safety Compliance Team Leadership and Collaboration Risk Management AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera

A degree in civil engineering is mandatory .

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
