PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING ONLY CANDIDATES WHO FULFILL THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Education: - Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Experience: - Minimum 07 years of experience in civil, fit-out and MEP projects in the UAE. - Experience in fit-out and civil works is MUST. - MEP experience and knowledge is preferable. -Expert experience to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately. - Keen eye for detail. Certification: - Professional licensure or certification as an Civil engineer or architect is highly desirable. Technical Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and materials. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other architectural software. Project Management: - Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Time management target oriented - Good planner - Excellent communication skills - Experience of handling client - Coordination between inhouse and external resources Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
