Site Engineer (Interior & Fit-out)

A specialty Fit-out company looking for a Site Engineer to oversee the Fit-out packages. You will manage projects throughout, supervise staff & technicians, and provide all relevant technical advice.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the progress of all construction activities.
• Compile technical and material requirements for project development
• Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Implement improvements to design and processes.
• Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support.
• Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
• Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 4 years relevant experience in UAE
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Familiarity with interior construction tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• UAE Driving license a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED 3,000- 4,500.00 per month
