Our client, a leading fit-out contractor in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Fit Out Site Supervisor/Site Engineer** to oversee site activities and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong site management experience, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality and safety standards
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to coordinate smooth project execution
- Monitor site progress and proactively address any issues that arise during the project
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and any project adjustments
- Assist in managing project costs to ensure budgets and financial targets are met
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting safety meetings and reporting incidents as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and consultants to meet expectations and resolve any concernsRequired Qualifications and Skills- 5 to 10 years of experience in **fit-out contracting** (non-sales roles), specializing in site supervision or engineering
- Currently based in the UAE
- Strong background working with top-tier contractors in the UAE's fit-out industry
- Minimum of 4 years' service with each previous employer
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining budget and timeline adherence
- Strong understanding of **health and safety regulations** in construction
- Proficiency in **construction drawings, site management software, and project management tools**
