Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Site Engineer to oversee and manage fit-out projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of projects by coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management : Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure project activities align with plans and schedules.
• Coordination : Work closely with project managers, supervisors, designers, joinery and MEP teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of fit-out projects.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor work progress, ensuring it meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Problem-Solving : Address technical issues and challenges promptly to minimize project delays.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates on project progress, including daily and weekly reports to the project manager.
• Resource Management : Oversee the efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize productivity.
• Technical Supervision : Conduct inspections and guide teams on technical aspects of fit-out and joinery integration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
