xefx82xa7 Prepare RFI's for any technical clarifications
xefx82xa7 Coordinate with draftsmen for shop drawing preparation, Review shop drawing prior to submit to consultant
xefx82xa7 Make quantity take off for all material required.
xefx82xa7 Review material submittal prior to submit to consultant
xefx82xa7 Coordinate with main contractor/ consultant.
xefx82xa7 Participate where required in all aspects of the project management for the electrical works.
xefx82xa7 Manage and supervises the on all site electrical works.
xefx82xa7 Undertake the detailed short term planning and co-ordination at site in accordance with the master program.
xefx82xa7 Ensure that all information is available to undertake the works.
xefx82xa7 Ensure materials are available at site to undertake the works.
xefx82xa7 Ensure all materials are correctly stored at site and installed without damage.
xefx82xa7 Arrange the required tools and equipment to be available at site.
xefx82xa7 Control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan.
xefx82xa7 Ensure that the works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project safety plan
xefx82xa7 Allocate the workforce to areas of the site based on the program, nature of the works and the skills required.
xefx82xa7 Co-ordinate with the main contractor and other sub-contractors at site.
xefx82xa7 Set targets and monitors the productivity of the workforce at site.
xefx82xa7 Arrange skills development and training for the foremen and site workforce.
xefx82xa7 Monitors the production and quality of sub contractors works at site.
xefx82xa7 Implements the inspection and test plan and obtains the supervising engineers approval at each stage of the works.
xefx82xa7 Maintains records of the changes to the working drawings to enable the record drawings to be produced.
xefx82xa7 Manages the system testing and commissioning
xefx82xa7 Adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
xefx82xa7 Report All QHSE incidents immediately and take necessary precautions.Required Skills to be successful
Job-Specific Skills:Managing the execution of building services as a contractor like power, lighting, MV, LV, cables routing & termination, Earthing, Electrical Panels, control systems, low current implementation, testing & commissioning, etc. capable of supervising detailed engineering works, coordinated shop drawings, technical submittals, liaison with consultants, coordinate with various disciplines and site supervision.What equips you for the role
