We are looking for Electrical Site Engineer and Mechanical Site Engineer.
Responsibilities as an Electrical Site Engineer:
• Plan and schedule electrical work according to the construction timeline.
• Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and communication systems.
• Review electrical drawings and blueprints to understand the requirements and plan the installation accordingly.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as mechanical, civil, and plumbing teams, to ensure proper integration of electrical systems into the broader construction framework.
• Perform inspections and quality checks on installed electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards and project specifications.
• Ensure all materials and equipment used meet quality standards and are installed according to the design.
• Ensure that all required materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site when needed.
• Manage the team of electricians and subcontractors, delegating tasks and supervising work progress.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations regarding electrical installations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to make sure all workers follow proper procedures and use protective equipment.
• Supervise the connection of the electrical systems to the main power grid or other relevant sources, testing load capacity and overall functionality.
• Keep detailed records of electrical work, including progress reports, materials used, and changes to designs or plans.
• Ensuring that all electrical installations in a construction project are safe, functional, efficient, and compliant with design specifications and safety regulations. They coordinate closely with other teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems into the overall construction.
Responsibilities as a Mechanical Site Engineer
• Plan mechanical work based on project schedules, resources, and designs.
• Supervise the installation of mechanical systems like heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings and plans to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Collaborate with design teams and suggest any necessary modifications.
• Work closely with civil and electrical teams to ensure integrated execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and other site engineers to avoid conflicts in system installations.
• Inspect and verify that installations meet the standards and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Manage materials and equipment, ensuring the right tools and components are available.
• Oversee the workforce, assign tasks, and ensure efficient site management.
• Ensure that all mechanical work complies with safety regulations and that workers are following safety protocols.
• Supervise the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they are operational.
• Maintain project documentation related to mechanical works, such as progress reports, materials used, and inspection results.
• Overall ensures that all mechanical components are installed properly, tested, and operate safely within a construction project.
