Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee and manage our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. You will work closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage

site activities

to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with

project managers, designers, and subcontractors

to implement interior designs as per approved drawings. Conduct

site inspections

to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Monitor

material procurement, deliveries, and inventory

to prevent delays. Resolve

on-site technical issues

and provide timely solutions. Ensure projects are completed within

agreed timelines and budget

. Prepare and submit

progress reports

to management. Maintain effective communication with clients and address any concerns related to project execution. Adhere to

health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards

at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in site engineering, preferably in interior fit-outs or construction. Strong knowledge of

construction materials, methods, and project management

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and blueprints

. Familiarity with

AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project

is an advantage. Strong leadership and

problem-solving skills

. Excellent

communication and coordination abilities

. Ability to work under pressure and

manage multiple projects

Valid UAE driving license

preferred.
