Job Description

1. Execute architectural and MEP works based on the scope of work outlined in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and related drawings.

2. Verify site dimensions, levels, and readings in alignment with drawings, raising concerns as necessary.

3. Complete day work records and secure any required permits from mall authorities.

4. Analyze technical drawings and specifications for interior fit-out projects.

5. Communicate effectively with workers, foremen, engineers, and subcontractor owners to ensure efficient execution.

6. Monitor project progress by adhering to the project program and continuously tracking milestones.

7. Manage project materials inventory, monitor utilization, and provide reports as needed.

8. Compile and submit regular reports as per management or mall requirements.

9. Provide daily reports to Senior Project Managers/Project Managers.

10. Coordinate with mall management and consultants to facilitate project operations.

11. Enforce site health, safety, and environmental requirements for all teams.

12. Escalate additional work requirements to relevant personnel within the organization.

13. Prepare As-Built quantities and collaborate with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team.

14. Coordinate with subcontractors to produce As-Built drawings.

15. Ensure project completion within specified timelines and budget constraints.

16. Organize weekly site meetings involving all concerned teams.

17. Communicate any additional requirements or changes to the QS or Project Manager.

18. Coordinate with CSI Joinery team for site template, installation, and resolution of site-related issues.

19. Maintain site security and cleanliness throughout the project duration.

20. Uphold quality assurance standards to achieve project excellence.

21. Pay close attention to detail in drawings and ensure accuracy in project timelines.

22. Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

23. Schedule and oversee material deliveries in alignment with project schedules.

24. Resolve construction-related issues or conflicts as they arise.

25. Conduct site surveys and provide comprehensive reports to designated supervisors

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
