is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Site Engineer

to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects at various sites, ensuring all activities are carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day construction activities at the site and ensure that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently. Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure that all work is completed to specification, with high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship. Provide technical support to the construction team, helping solve engineering-related issues, and ensuring that drawings and specifications are followed accurately. Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel. Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Coordinate with project managers to track project progress. Prepare and submit regular site progress reports, including material usage, labor resources, and timeline updates to the senior management. Resolve any unexpected issues or delays on-site, and provide effective solutions to keep the project on track. Ensure all necessary documents (e.g., permits, contracts, and construction plans) are up to date and properly filed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year working on large-scale development projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Strong ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and implement solutions. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Additional Requirements:

Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites as required. Strong leadership skills to guide a diverse team on-site.
