Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow. Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of work as per the project schedule. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Solve technical issues that arise during construction and provide practical solutions. Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as per project requirements. Maintain accurate records of work progress, reports, and documentation. Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure all workers follow safety protocols. Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project reports. Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure compliance with approved plans. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5-6 years of experience in site execution, preferably in construction projects (residential, commercial). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with construction management software and AutoCAD is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards. Good reporting and documentation skills. Seniority Level
