We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitout Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fitout and finishing phases of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the project timeline and budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans for the fitout phase, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.

Site Supervision: Oversee on-site fitout activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of fitout works.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all fitout works meet design specifications and quality standards.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fitout phase promptly.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and site logs.

Compliance: Ensure all fitout activities comply with local building codes and regulations.

Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and manage budget adjustments as necessary.

Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical, mechanical, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitout or interior construction.

Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, MS and other relevant tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Requirements:

• Immediate availability to join.
• Valid manual driving license.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years in same/similar position projects
• Excellent team supervision and coordination skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.

Salary:

• Based on performance, with a range of AED 3000-4000.
