Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with 8 to 10 years of expertise in the construction field to oversee and manage site operations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management : Supervise and monitor all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Technical Oversight : Interpret and execute construction drawings, designs, and specifications while ensuring alignment with engineering standards.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections to ensure materials and work adhere to quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Resource Management : Coordinate and allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project goals.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine safety checks to maintain a hazard-free site environment.
• Problem-Solving : Address and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit progress reports, site logs, and other required documentation to stakeholders.
• Coordination : Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Cost Management : Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the construction process.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and permits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have UAE valid driving license.

Work Environment:
This role requires working on-site in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to different project locations as needed is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
