Job Description

Fit Square Interiors LLC is seeking a skilled Interior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the interior fit-out industry, a strong background in MEP, civil, and joinery works, and a proven track record of successful project management. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage on-site activities, including monitoring progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, materials, and labor requirements.
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with procurement teams for timely material delivery.
• Prepare and submit detailed site reports and project updates to senior management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP, civil, and joinery works.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Salary : Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
