Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Overview:
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing activities, and ensuring the project progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, handling on-site technical issues, ensuring safety protocols, and reporting project status to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site Supervision & Coordination:
• Oversee and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and equipment to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Quality Control & Assurance:
• Inspect and monitor construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and prepare quality reports.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues as they arise.
• Review project drawings and specifications and ensure accuracy in implementation.
• Project Planning & Progress Monitoring:
• Monitor project schedules and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
• Report daily progress to the Project Manager and assist with documentation, including project logs and reports.
• Resource Management:
• Oversee materials and equipment on-site to ensure they are used efficiently and within budget.
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials to prevent project delays.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in site engineering, preferably in construction projects involving warehouses, villas, or manufacturing facilities.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with site safety practices.
• Communication & Coordination Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve site-related issues efficiently.
• License: Valid UAE driving license (Not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
