Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE and possess strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring it stays within the scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to regulations.
• Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates with the project manager and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate:

• Male, preferably of Arab nationality.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
