Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, including coordination of trades, subcontractors, and laborers. Ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Fabrication Oversight: Supervise workshop fabrication processes for mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components. Ensure that fabrication meets design specifications and industry standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of both site work and workshop fabrication to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and project specifications. Implement corrective actions as needed.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise. Manage and coordinate materials and equipment required for site and workshop activities.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all site operations comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct safety audits and provide training to site personnel.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, fabrication processes, and material usage. Prepare and submit reports as required by the project management team.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that occur during the construction or fabrication process. Provide solutions to minimize delays and maintain project timelines.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Obtain the necessary permits and approvals as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in site engineering with a focus on supervising fabrication in mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Proven experience in managing similar projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
