Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of experience in the interior fit-out field within the UAE. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
• Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and quality control documents.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients as needed to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the project progress.
• Resource Management: Monitor and manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient use and cost control.

Requirements:

• Experience: Maximum of 6 years in the interior fit-out field within the UAE.
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
