Site Engineer
Job Description
Project Monitoring & Analyzing the Progress of the Projects.
Coordinating with consultant, Subcontractor & clients.
Preparing daily report and scheduling the activities.
Identifying the work force required for each activity.
Preparing as built drawing for approvals.
Reporting the work progress to Management.
Attending authority inspections.
Preparing check list during handing over.
Monitoring the progress of MEP & Civil Works.
Analyze the Manpower & materials requirement.
Labour Management & Supervision.
Quality Inspection & Snagging.
Maintain the Work break down structure for remaining floor works.
Monitor Work Completion at Basement, Podiums, Ground Floor, Service Areas, Roofand General Amenities.
Installation of BTU meter, Smart Valve & Water Meter.
Final Finishing Work.
Checking Efficiency of Machineries, Chiller unit, Firefighting system & Air condition.
Job Requirement
5 Year UAE Experience is Must(High rise Building).
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in Building maintenance or Facility management is a Plus.
