Job Description

We are looking for a qualified civil engineer to join our interior fit-out office as a Site Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers and other engineers to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise on site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that construction and installation activities meet project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and laborers on site to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
