We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer with Interior Design and Lanscaping Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Job Title: Site Engineer
• Location: Dubai, UAE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Set out, level and survey the site
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
• Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
• Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
• Prepare reports as required
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Inspect facilities and analyze operational data o Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• o Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development o Determine and present estimates of operational costs o Evaluate operations and processes
• o Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
• o Implement improvements to designs and processes o Test material and structural integrity
• o Research the environmental impact of projects

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree ( Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering )
• 5+ years' experience required in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Delivering highest working results sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient discretion
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
• Maintain highest level of internal and external confidentiality
• Leadership & Management
• An eye detail
• Communication & Technical Skills

Job Functions

• The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• landscaping: 2 years (Required)
• Interior Design: 4 years (Preferred)
