Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule.

• Liaising with clients, authorities, and consultants for approvals, inspections, and handing over.

• Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Quality assurance and Quality control

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technicians, and laborers.

• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.

• Identify and sort out any issues that may arise during the project.

• Attending site inspections and meetings

• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

- Required 4-5 years minimum experience within UAE.

- Experience in Residential Villas, Warehouses, Fitout works etc

- Knowledge about Local Authority Portals and Regulations

- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards

- Ability to communicate and report effectively

- Experience in Handling and coordinating with subcontractors

- Measurements certification for subcontractor works

- UAE Driving license

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• UAE WORKING: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
• Sharjah Municipality Approved Engineer/SOE Card (Required)
