Job Description

:

Reporting to Senior Resident Engineer.

Assisting the R.E by reviewing & commenting on Shop Drawing & Material Submittals.

Assisting the R.E by reviewing & certifying the Contractor's progress bills.

Preparing Weekly Reports for Clients and any other kinds of Reports as required.

Assist in Project Planning & Implementation.

Supervising the Site work progress and acquiring required approvals from Client.

Supervising the Site work as per Shop Drawing, Authority Drawing and Project Specifications.

Supervising the Construction Site on Daily basis to ensure that all Safety and Quality procedures are adhered by Main Contractor.

Detailed supervision for Finishing Works (Block work, plaster, painting, tiles, partition walls, false ceiling, etc..)

Ensuring that the Project meets the agreed specifications, budget, and timescales.

Ensuring that the Project meets all environment and Construction laws and does not violate any of these.

Checking & Preparing Site Report at DM System.

Issuing NCR and Site Instructions

Checking the Site for Inspections and Materials for Inspections.

Attending Weekly Meetings & Client Meetings (if required)

Helping with Problem-Solving

Ability to work constructively with multi-functional teams.

Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project drawings & site.

Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and appropriately following up.

Be a supporter of quality and across all aspects of the construction and operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.

Min 2-3 years of professional experience in Dubai only.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.

Capable of meeting project deadlines and delivering solid project results.

Excellent technical skills.

Excellent understanding of Dubai Building Code.

Excellent understanding of Different authorities' procedures in Dubai.

Flexible attitude.

Candidates must be able to take direction from the management and manage assignments in an organized and efficient manner.

4-6 years of experience in Dubai is mandatory

Preferred Consultant experience.

Salary 5-7K according to his experience.

Holding a driver's license is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
