Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer - Civil to join our architectural consultancy office in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage site operations for villa and high-rise building projects.

Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, design, and approved drawings.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including progress updates and any deviations from the project plan.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an architectural consultancy in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of villa and high-rise building construction.

Excellent multitasking abilities and strong personal presence.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
