Position Description and Requirements

I. :

• Participate in the early-stage involvement, mid-term renovations, and later-stage collaboration of the company's commercial projects.
• Manage and resolve engineering and renovation issues related to the company's commercial projects.
• Handle and coordinate engineering issues during tenant renovations and on-site construction.
• Collaborate with the business development department to provide suggestions for potential projects and corresponding blueprints.
• Provide engineering and technical support to the planning, leasing, sales, and operations departments of the company.
• Negotiate and draft tenant handover standards.
• Coordinate and manage tenants' secondary renovations.
• Responsible for the planning and layout of the project's strong and weak electrical systems.

II. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with commercial real estate development and maintenance, including the maintenance and management of high-end office buildings and malls.
• Proficient in the construction, repair, maintenance, and management of various engineering and equipment for properties. Familiar with construction safety standards and practices, as well as property engineering acceptance, handover, public facilities, equipment maintenance, and customer service workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a customer service mindset. Rich experience in handling complaints and emergencies, capable of resolving practical difficulties and issues promptly and effectively.
• Experienced in on-site work related to fire protection, water and electricity, air conditioning, and automation equipment control.
• Familiar with UAE construction laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards and codes.
• Strong communication and expression skills, with prior experience in commercial project engineering preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software, with strong drafting skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
