Site Engineer Aluminum Facades
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction works to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Prepare scheduled updates on construction activities, including analysis of required manpower and equipment.
• Actively involve in physical construction and monitor the progress of works.
• Coordinate and supervise laborers, installation sub-contractors, and materials.
• Monitor project schedule provide regular reports to supervisors to keep them informed of job progress, plans, and potential issues affecting costs and schedules.
• Control the quality of pre-installation and finished works. Submit MIR & WIR
• Enforce company occupational health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Maintain and ensure all installation drawings contain sufficient information before issuing sets to subcontractors and/or site supervisors.
• Record and maintain all project submissions, correspondence, and drawings.
• Perform other job-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the Facade industry in the GCC.
• Civil engineering degree or diploma
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD etc
