- Undertaking site surveys. - Setting out sites as per schedules and requirements - Checking Technical Designs and Drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly. - Supervising Contracted staff. - Setting up Meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns - Managing parts of Construction projects. - Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales. - Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors, Local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. - Providing Technical advice and solving problems on site. - Preparing site reports and logging progress. - Ensuring that Health and Safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to. Additional Requirements - Willing to Work as Sales Executive - Meeting with clients during Sales Visits - Demonstrating and Presenting Company Profile - Establishing New business. - Maintaining accurate records. - Negotiating contracts and packages. - Equivalency Certificate Mandatory - Driving License Mandatory - Own Visa (Preferable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
